The Dallas Water Department turn my water off in error. I called 5 times , the only response was sorry for the inconvience we will have it on shortly.
After working 10 hours thats the last thing a person wants to here. Later that evening around 10:30 the water tech drove by my house and reported to his dispatch he turned it on. Let me remind you that the water has been off since noon today.
Afterward the 311 representative had to request the tech to return. What a day and i have never seen the worst customer sevice a company can have.
