I called regarding bill on 9/5/2013 and spoke with Imilio and indicated to him that I was sending in payment of $149.82. He assured me that that would be fine.
I ask Imilio if my services would not be interrupted. He again assured me that they would not.
On 9/19/2013, I'm about to take a shower and learn my water was off. City of Dallas Utilites and Services did not notify me with a disconnect notice of any kind.
I have been with City of Dallas for twenty five years and my services have never been terminated. I will contact my lawyer to file complaint and sue for my inconvenience.
How can you turn my services off with a notice.
